Banker Group is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, so that all visitors can use it independently, equally and with dignity. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility and keep improving the website as it develops. If something on the website does not work well for you, we want to know. Your feedback helps us improve it.

Standard and level of accessibility

We have worked to make this website accessible in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013. As the regulations require, the website was designed to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, at level AA. We have also built it with the aim of meeting WCAG 2.1 at level AA, a later and broader version of the guidelines.

Accessibility adjustments on this website

A clear, semantic structure with headings and landmarks (header, navigation, main content and footer), and navigation that is consistent across all pages.
Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
A skip link that lets keyboard and screen-reader users go straight to the main content.
Sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images have empty alternative text, so that screen readers ignore them.
Form fields with clear labels, and error messages that explain what needs to be corrected.
Animations that pause or switch off when your device asks for reduced motion, including the animated background on the home page.
Content that remains readable and usable at 200% zoom.
A responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets and desktop computers.
The language of every page (English or Portuguese) declared in the code, so that assistive technologies read the content correctly.
An accessibility menu: the round button at the bottom left of every page lets you change the font size, line height, letter spacing and font weight, switch to a readable font, enlarge the cursor, use light contrast, high contrast or monochrome, add a reading line or reading mask, highlight links and content, hide images and stop animations. Your settings are kept in your browser.

How we tested

We tested the website using the keyboard alone and in the current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile devices. We will keep checking accessibility as we add content and features.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

Documents and content provided by third parties, such as partner publications, which we do not create and cannot always adapt.
External websites and services we link to, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps, which have their own accessibility arrangements.

If any content is not accessible to you, please tell us and we will do our best to provide the information in another way.

Alternative formats

On request, we will provide information from this website in an accessible alternative format (for example, an accessible document or plain text) or go through it with you by phone or email, at no cost to you.
