Dr. Ronny Banker brings 25 years of international experience in technology and business development, from research through to full-scale industrial operations.
Ronny leads the group’s strategy and venture development, connecting technologies with investors, industry partners, and customers worldwide.
His work spans mining and critical mineral recovery, water and wastewater treatment, energy, agriculture, and AI & ML, with a focus on strategic partnerships and commercialization.
He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Tel Aviv University.

General Manager of the Racah Nano Venture Fund, the Hebrew University VC, specialising in advanced materials, nanotechnology, energy tech and sustainability. A member of the MIT Technology Review Global Panel, a community of business professionals. PhD in chemistry from the Hebrew University and a graduate of the senior corporate directors’ studies at Tel Aviv University.

AI and agentic-systems architect who designs and builds the group's multi-agent platforms, data engineering and decision-support systems. Cybersecurity leader with experience in cyber defence centre and SOC management, and a certified Data Protection Officer.

Founding partner and CEO of the environmental consultancy Develop Index Ambiental, which he has co-directed since 2010, and Sustainability Director at Grupo Calaf. Previously coordinated the environmental work for the new Terminal 1 area at Barcelona Airport.

Chemical engineering consultant in São Paulo since 2000. As R&D director of Sion Nanotec (2011–2018) he developed processes and patents for the chemical, petrochemical, agricultural and mining industries, including nanometric colloidal dispersions with patents registered at the USPTO.

Researcher at Bar-Ilan University specialising in microalgae biotechnology and applied algal research.
