We work with your operations, engineering and management teams to understand the process, the constraints and the economics. The output is not a report for the shelf. It is a precise, quantified challenge that a technology has to meet.
Is the value large enough, and measurable enough, to pursue?
Stage 02
We map the solution space (group ventures, partner technologies, Israeli universities and technology-transfer companies, international providers) and screen every candidate against the challenge brief.
Which one or two routes deserve laboratory validation?
Stage 03
Candidate routes are tested in our laboratories on your real material (recovery, purity, reagent and energy use measured, not assumed), and every result feeds a techno-economic model that prices the risk before capital is committed.
Does the route work on real feed, and does the business case hold under uncertainty?
Stage 04
The solution moves to your site as skid-mounted modules, a 1–5 t pilot system or a containerised beta unit, while the partnership is structured in parallel: scope, KPIs, IP and the commercial model agreed before the pilot starts.
Did the pilot meet the KPIs, and is the partnership ready to scale?
Stage 05
With validated performance and a signed partnership, we bring in strategic capital, deliver full-scale engineering and commissioning, and stay on as a long-term partner, while the AI layer keeps learning from every hour of operation.
